Hello Faunabelle Friends! 🐰✨

Following the excitement of our Kickstarter campaign completing last week, we've been hard at work! This week we set up unique shipping tables for 46 countries! It's been a delight finding everywhere on the map and knowing that someone in that faraway place (to us at least) will soon be holding Faunabelle in their hands! 🌍

We've also been creating the surveys that we'll be emailing shortly. We'll send these as soon as Kickstarter provides us with their report on who's all paid up and who isn't. Some of you may have been receiving notes from Kickstarter letting you know your credit card has been declined. If that's the case, please head on over to Common Pledge Problems and do a Control+F, (or Command+F on a Mac) to find the section My pledge was declined. How can I retry my payment?  The two of us can't rerun your credit cards - it's all in Kickstarter's hands now.

Once you receive your survey, you'll be able to add on additional items in our pre-order store! At this time, you will be charged for any new items and for shipping. If you don't purchase any add on items, your shipping charge will be for the reward tier you pledged during the Kickstarter campaign. For example, if you backed the deck and guidebook, you will be charged for the shipping of that reward based on your country's most affordable shipping option. 📦✈️

And just a heads up for UK backers, we have been diligently researching how recent Brexit changes impact shipping into the UK. Our understanding is that VAT must now be charged on the value of your order before it is shipped to you. So, we will do this, and you will see it appear alongside your shipping cost at checkout.

WOW! What a ride the last month has been!! We are SO thankful to each and every one of you for supporting our journey and helping to make Faunabelle Tarot a reality!! ❤️✨

We just wanted to let you know at this stage, that a few things need to happen before we can kick off production and fulfillment.

Here's a quick rundown to keep you in the loop:

First, Kickstarter needs to transfer over the funds so we have the money to make the rewards and print the decks. This can take up to two weeks.

Second, we need to collect your addresses. We’ll send out a survey mid-February to gather this information. You will be able to add more items (e.g. an extra deck, or a tarot bag) if you like in our pre-order store. We will also charge for shipping at this time. 

We’ll give you a heads-up before we send the survey so that you can watch for it. We are using Backerkit pledge management software to make it easy to process your pledge reward shipments. You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will contain a link to your personal survey. Please fill it out as soon as you get it.  It is important to submit your responses as quickly as you can since we need this information to process your rewards.    

If you need to change your survey responses or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact us at [email protected]

Finally, we've included an easy-to-follow timeline of the next six months so you can see what we'll be up to as we work to get Faunabelle off in the mail to you! ✨

Oh! And if you know someone who missed out during our campaign, send them over to our Pre-Order Store where all the Faunabelle goodies are available for purchase.

FAUNABELLE TV IS HAPPENING!! We met our stretch goal! 🌈✨

Hello Faunabelle Friends! 🐰✨ 

We're super excited to announce that thanks to you, our Faunabelle Family, we’ve reached our stretch goal to create a YouTube channel! 

When it’s up and running, you’ll be able to click on any card and have its meaning read aloud as you follow along in your guidebook! We think this will create a super nice experience for you and your kiddos BUT we want to create even more Faunabelle magic! If we reach our next stretch goal of $67k, we will dive into the symbolism of each of the Major Arcana cards making this channel truly educational. We’re so close now so keep your fingers crossed! 🤞✨

We’re now at the home stretch of our campaign with just three days to go so we want to thank you, our Faunabelle Family, for your love and good vibes! We've felt your positivity throughout the campaign and are delighted you've decided to come on this journey with us! 💕

Once the campaign ends this Sunday, we will send out one more update outlining what you can expect from this time until delivery in June. But for now: here's hoping that we clear $67k so we can add a little more online magic to the Faunabelle experience!

Announcing... NEW STRETCH GOALS!! 🌈✨

Wow Faunabelle Friends!!! 🐰✨

Our minds are blown and our hearts are bursting! This is way more support that we expected for Faunabelle - you are the best! 

We are just so thrilled that our little deck will be reaching so many of you! And so... to keep the excitement going, and hopefully create an even more rich experience for you, our Faunabelle Friends... we've come up with a cool new idea and related set of stretch goals:

We love the idea of taking your experience online, building a little community and creating a YouTube channel for you all to enjoy!

We'll create a channel on YouTube where you can click on any card and have its meaning read aloud as you follow along in your guidebook! As kids, we both loved listening to books being read to us and realised we could create a similar experience with Faunabelle for you, and your kiddos.

We will dive into the symbolism of each of the Major Arcana cards making this channel educational.  Why does Hermit Raven have a garden? Why did we select Vulture to represent The Tower?  We'll unlock the symbolism behind each card and share it on our channel!

Hello Faunabelle Friends! 🐰✨

EXCITING NEWS!! Today our pledges crossed the $40,000 mark!! This means we've unlocked our final stretch goal: adding embossed details to Faunabelle's box. Now she'll be as shiny and beautiful on the outside, as she is on the inside!

And... drumroll, please... we're super excited... to finally share our box design with you! TOOT TOOT!! 🎺✨ 

 Thank you all again SO MUCH for your support, and for helping to make Faunabelle Tarot become her best and shiniest self - we're just delighted that we'll be able to include all the little details that we know will make her super special. 🤩
